Tuesday, August 8th, 2017 the Picasso sculpture in Chicago turned 50 years old. Two Protestors showed up one to, heckle and challenge the mayor:
http://chicago.suntimes.com/chicago-politics/protester-interrupts-picasso-ceremony/ and another, who was detained briefly for her bullhorn usage, chanting 16 shots and a cover up referring to the shooting of Laquan Mcdonald, by a Chicago cop and the possibility of a cover up by city hall. The activist is educating the mayors security detail as police look on, about a Civilian Police Accountability Council.
