Jelly and Jellies Series

I have been working on a series of Jellies. The organic shaping and the movement are great subjects to shoot. The lighting in the tanks are decent but not that great. Mostly soft florescent and not that bright. It takes patience to capture them in dynamic position and composition. Each session I shoot about 6 photos. I know if I get something or not right away. No reason to over shoot. The first two photos of the Jelly and the cluster of Jellies was shot with a Leica R5 50 mm Summicron 1.8 lens using Ilford Delta 3200. The third and fourth images was shot using Leica R5 50 mm Summicron 1.8 lens using Ilford HP5 400. I like both looks. They have such a painterly quality. The first two have a slight tint added. The last two no tint.
